Buyer pays for shipping and handling. Ships to Contiguous States in the USA only via USPS economy or sometimes UPS for large heavy items. Everywhere else will cost more (Ask for quote if being sent to military, Ak, Hi, PR, Canada ). Once an item has been shipped and in transit with the shipping carrier, the seller is no longer responsible for said item, therefore please have your items shipped to a secure location. Please keep in mind eBay & Paypal fees are very expensive, and boxes, tape, some packing material, paper, ink, gas, our time in packaging items all cost money.

Your refund will NOT include any of the shipping costs to or from you. UPS or the POST OFFICE collects this money for their services. Again Returns are subject to a RESTOCKING FEE of 10% (that is 10% of the original item price). If we do agree to a refund, item must be returned in the same condition as sent, otherwise refund will be denied.
In the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipment, the seller will put a claim in to the shipping carrier. The buyer will provide the seller with all necessary information to file a claim (i.e. photos of damage/return of original shipping materials and item(s) damaged). Once the claim is approved (which may take 2-3weeks by USPS) then the buyer will be reimbursed / refunded.
