Pair of Vintage Chinese Hand Painted Porcelain Laughing Buddhas with 5 Children, Bringing Prosperity and Luck, Signed

" (22.8 cm) tall, 7 1/2" (19 cm) wide, 4 1/2" (11 cm) deep. Both figurines measure equally.
One Buddha weighs 3 lbs 12 oz (1.7 kg) without packaging. The pair of these laughing Buddhas weighs 7 lbs 10 oz without packaging, about 9 lbs packaged to ship safely.
Design/decoration/description:
Beautiful pair of Chinese Famille Rose seated Buddha Porcelain statues depicted with five children, what a joyous time they all are having!
Both Buddhas are robed in pink and yellow, with a traditional sack in their right hands (supposedly, full of monies and goodies!). They seem to be hand painted by different artists due to numbers under their markings. Perfect as a pair indeed as they reflect one another. If you look at their faces, you will notice that they have a tad different expression.
Detail differs a little too, like children's hair styles and facial expressions. This pair is not just lovely, it will bring prosperity, luck and joy to the house where they live!
They completely stand out in any room when placed on a mantle. Both are in excellent original condition, minor surface wear on the back of the rope, consistent with age, mild if any. These statues came from a collector's house in New Jersey, where they were safely stored and well maintained.
Back Stamp/Mark:
Both are signed with five character impressed marks on bottom, which translates China Jingdezhen (the famous place where the most valued porcelain ware in the world is manufactured).
Condition:
Perfect, excellent, no fails at all.
