    Rare Antique White Tara Buddha Statue. White Tara is often referred to as the Mother of all the Buddhas.  She represents the motherly aspect of compassion. The white color indicates purity, also indicates that she is absolute truth, complete and undifferentiated. This White Tara has a lovely, young face. Adorned in royal vestments. Her right hand she makes the gesture of prosperity and the fulfillment of all your wishes.  Her left hand is in the teaching Pose. Her thumb and index finger touch together to form the wheel of a law or also known as the circle of life.  A wonderful piece of Tibetan and Asian history.
