There is one hole just above the hook, it will  be used for the mounting screw(2 options included)
I will provide 2 solid brass wood screws...2 different lengths(1 inch & 1 1/2 inch long)...these are made for mounting to a wood door..you will need your own fastener if mounting to another material other than a wood door
