Chinese Nobles Statues Figures on Stands - 26" Tall Pair of 2

Description

A pair of unusually large ivory coloured tusk shaped Italian / Chinese figures of the court (nobles) on their own stands. These resin figures were hand made and finished in Italy, around the middle of the last century and have taken on a warm rich colour over the years. The etched detail is exquisite both on the front and back. These statement pieces make quite an impression when placed on a console or displayed with the correct lighting in a room or hallway/foyer. Both are stamped on the base Each weighs around 12lbs.
The condition is good with a separation showing on the female figure around the neck area - as shown in photo
Please note the measurements are approximate and the male is about 1/2" shorter, as is normal in these statue sets.
