This is Hand Painted Chinese Porcelain Statue of Three Happy Children holding a Sycee orvYuanbao.
The Yuanbao is a good luck coin, representing wealth and prosperity in Taoism.
The piece can be used as a centerpiece in any room.
The piece is 7 1/2" tall, 9 1/2" across, and 9" wide.
Two of the children are 5" tall, the third is 5 1/2" tall.
This is an extremely detailed and highly unusual piece that most likely dated to the Republic Period.
The statue is in excellent aged condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
There is some minor paint loss on the shoes and yellow from the edge of the bowl (see pictures).
The piece was acquired from an Antiques Estate Auction.
