    This is a vintage item.  It is marked RS Power Horn, 40-1236A, 8 Ohms, 8 Watts.  It measures 5 1/8" across the horn and 5" in height.  Has a few small dents around the outside horn but is working alright.  Shipping weight about 3 lbs.
