VINTAGE + ANTIQUE
All items are sold in vintage or antique condition as found. Some wear due to age should be expected. Quality photos and detailed descriptions, including measurements and significant imperfections, are provided. The buyer is responsible for reviewing all information provided to confirm item condition prior to purchase.
PACKAGING
We ship in new boxes and packing materials as often as possible, but you may receive your order in a recycled box with recycled packing materials, as we work with what we have on hand when your order is received. This saves the buyer money and ensures purchases can be shipped out within the handling times indicated within the listing.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Media, or Ground unless stated otherwise within the listing. All orders normally ship within 1-3 business days. On occasion, our handling times will be extended (more than 1-2 business days).  Don’t worry, exact handling times will reflect accurately within the listing. Tracking numbers are provided automatically following shipment.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We combine shipping on multiple ordered items shipping to a single location and will refund any overages.
Sometimes, on smaller items, eBay will adjust shipping if more than one item is ordered from the same store. However, due to variation in the size and weight of vintage items, this is often not an option. Therefore, the buyer will pay shipping costs as though the items ordered are being shipped individually.
When the items you've ordered have been combined, boxed, weighed, and are ready for a shipping label, the new shipping rate can be calculated and refunds issued if applicable.
WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a buyer inadvertently requests shipping to the wrong address, the seller is not responsible. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address has been provided to the seller.
Refunds will not be issued due to buyer error.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all listing information carefully and ask any questions prior to purchase. We will gladly and promptly reply to your inquiry.

DAMAGED PACKAGES + ITEMS
We take great pride in wrapping your items to ensure they arrive undamaged and in one piece. However, packages are out of our control after they are in the hands of the carrier.
If the contents of your order are damaged upon delivery,
below are the steps you must take

1. Take photos of the box, packaging and item damage.
2. Keep all packing materials, including the box.
3. File a claim with USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm)
