and we offer Free Shipping within the Lower 48 States. We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses. For other US locations like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, please contact us for additional shipping cost.

The delivery is out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have waited for long time without receiving the item. Once the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, a new item will be sent out or full refund will be provided.
If buyer provides wrong address and the package returned to sender at last, buyer should pay for reshipping fee to resend the item to new address. If refund is required, we will only refund 90% of the item price because shipping cost should be deducted from the refund total.
