DESCRIPTION:   NO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS AND FREE SHIPPING to LOWER 48 US STATES. I purchased this over 30 years ago at an antique show in portland and am age down sizing.  Was going to search for a top but never got to it.  I was told this was PROBABLY by Portieux Vallerysthal PV but let you be final judge in absence of any label.  This is done in a beautiful thicker like blue opaline glass almost like a slag glass ... in that stunning and addictive robins egg blue color.  It's so beautiful but missing the top which was probably metal like aluminum or something.  Also see last photo as there is a marking in the glass which is like 3 small raised dots and one raised line on the center bottom.  If anyone knows anything about this piece please let me know.  I believe it was used as a Muffineer Sugar Shaker as I was told by the dealer I purchased it from but again you experts be final judge.  Wonderful mold blown glass and the color is sensational.  Would even make a beautiful small flower vase.  All sales final so email if any questions.
