Vintage Hand Sculpted Chinese Porcelain Mudman with Swan and Clam Shell

We are pleased to offer this
hand sculpted and hand painted Chinese fisherman mud man. He grasps a fish in his left hand and reaches out with his right toward a swan that is trying to break open a large clam shell. The fisherman's back is ridged with horizontal indentations to emphasize the spinal cord. Very finely detailed and painted with the vibrant colors associated with vintage mud men, this figurine stands 3 7/8" T x 4 7/8" across at its widest point. The maker's mark is impressed on its underside. In very nice condition showing no signs of damage. Thank you for looking.
