Condition: Very good vintage condition as photographed and described. There's one crease in the stone on let lower bottom section that i thought might be a repair but it does not run the through the section and is a grain line. I have not found any chips to the work.

Recent estate purchase, not sure of age but it is well done. I believe this is a hand carved Soapstone Vase Inkwell or Incense Burner with classic Monkeys, Rats, and Birds. Base is 6.5 inches across and the piece is 6 inches tall. Good condition as described and photographed.
